How much does a Toyota Genuine Service cost?
Toyota Genuine Services are competitively priced and include the comprehensive and specific care your Toyota requires. Our service pricing calculator gives you a quote up front before you head in for your service, helping prevent any surprises.
How often does a Toyota need servicing?
Each Toyota model needs to be serviced by their time or kilometre interval (whichever comes first) set out in the Warranty and Service Book.
What does a Toyota service include?

How long does Toyota capped price servicing last?
The Toyota Service Advantage capped price servicing period varies depending on the vehicle model. Please refer to the service pricing calculator for individual model capped price servicing information.
Servicing and Maintenance
When do I first need to take my vehicle in for Service?
It’s important to follow your vehicle’s Warranty and Service Book, and complete your services on time by either time or kilometres driven – whichever comes first.
How often does my vehicle require servicing?
This depends upon the vehicle and its operating conditions. It is recommended you consult your Warranty and Service Book to determine the correct servicing schedule. Vehicles operating under severe conditions will require more frequent servicing. Following the Toyota Maintenance Schedule will help ensure your vehicle remains in top condition. Your Toyota Dealer can assess your individual circumstances and advise you on the most appropriate maintenance schedule for your needs.
Apart from the pre-scheduled service intervals, do I need to have my car serviced at other times?
Refer to your vehicle’s Warranty and Service Book for any items that may need additional service, your Dealer will be able to help you.
Who is the best person to talk to at the Toyota Dealer Service Centre?
Talk to your Service Advisor or Guest Relations Manager at your Toyota Dealer Service Centre. If they’re unable to assist, ask to speak with the Service Manager.
Can I have my Toyota serviced by an independent/non-authorised repairer?
Toyota Trained Technicians work on Toyotas day in and day out. They also use highly advanced diagnostic equipment and specialised tools and receive ongoing training and regular updates from Toyota to ensure they can keep your Toyota at its very best. By servicing your vehicle elsewhere, Toyota cannot guarantee the quality of your service, or that genuine parts will be used.
What if I’m travelling and need a service or repair?
There are more than 290 Toyota Dealer Service Centre around Australia, all of which are authorised to carry out servicing, general maintenance and unexpected repairs for you. You’ll enjoy the same great experience as you would at your regular Toyota Dealer Service Centre and be back on the road as soon as is physically possible. Better still, many of our Toyota Dealer Service Centre also offer a range of One-Stop-Shop products such as tyres, batteries, lubricants and Fluids and Toyota Genuine Parts & Accessories.
Where do I go for service after my capped price servicing expires?
Even after your Toyota Service Advantage period, you’ll still enjoy competitive servicing and repairs at all Toyota Service Centres in Australia. It’s the best way to keep your vehicle running smoother for longer.
If I have my vehicle serviced by someone other than a Toyota dealer, will this void my warranty?
If any problem arise that can be directly attributed to the installation (work practices) or the use of a non-genuine part or faulty work practices by a non-authorised Toyota service technician, then you will need to contact the installer of that component for any warranty consideration that may be required[W3].
